Poster distribution

around 4 boxes at Gasworks and 2 boxes at Space, amounts to about 1,800 posters that have not been collected! CAN THOSE THAT PAID FOR THE POSTER PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY PICK UP A COUPLE OF HUNDRED ASAP OR BY THE WEEKEND AND DISTRIBUTE!

Update on website

Still not sure if call out is going out to the whole list (Tim/Saul can you confirm?) Keith to do a weekly update o forthcoming events to node subscriber list (I suggest it goes to other mailing lists as well). Atty not present, so unsure of any other issues.

Press Release

Discuss list still says draft, needs to be updated so people know its final. Thirty one have been sent out to major contacts. We need people to chase up. Mailing addresses can be put on the node site if people want it. Posting to online websites needs to be done by each venue as in most cases the website asks for that first and as the log in info. Everyone please copy ans send to your own mail contacts.

Documentation

Front page of discuss wiki needs to be laid out a bit more, highlight PR, documentation and evaluation sections now. Discussion on where and how to document, unsure of what had been organised already. http://www.archive.org and http://pad.me were discussed as places to upload video. organisers to use both or either or their own preference. But we should also make sure we have all or edited best bits in one place as well.

Evaluation not sure if it was online, decided we should have a major meeting after the 'season' to evaluate ourselves. We discussed the possibility that many people would not visit each others events (in light of anyone picking up posters) so they could not evaluate the season as a whole, only those they saw. People need to be encouraged to visit other events. Could we pay for a 'flyposter' to put up posters?

We discussed what questions if any should be in an evaluation form and whether it was relevant to some organisations and what the purpose would be for any evaluations.

These were the questions that perhaps should be on any evaluation if they were not done already.
